Your Walt Disney World vacation is getting closer, and now is the time to prepare your dining reservations, character meals, Enchanting Extras, and VIP Tour requests.

Dining reservations typically open 60 days before arrival. Please complete the form below at least 72 hours before your dining window opens so Traveling Ears Vacations can review your requests and prepare to book as quickly as possible.

Before You Begin

Walt Disney World dining reservations, character meals, Enchanting Extras, and VIP Tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be guaranteed. Restaurants, characters, menus, pricing, and availability can change at any time.

Before submitting this form, please log into your My Disney Experience account to verify that your login works and that a valid payment method is saved. Please do not change your My Disney Experience login or payment information before your dining window opens, as this can impact our ability to secure your reservations.

How This Process Works

Review dining and bookable experiences.
Review table-service dining, character meals, Enchanting Extras, and VIP Tour options before completing the form.

Complete the form at least 72 hours before your dining window.
Include restaurant names, dates, meal periods, party size, backup choices, and whether you prefer earlier or later if your exact time is unavailable.

Verify your My Disney Experience account.
Confirm the email address, password, guest list, and saved payment method are accurate before your booking date.

Our team will attempt your requests when the window opens.
Disney controls availability and final confirmation, but complete requests and flexible backup options allow us to move quickly.
