Hi there — I’m Stephanie!
I’m the founder and lead Travel Advisor of Traveling Ears Vacations, a boutique, concierge-style travel agency based in the Greater Houston area and serving clients nationwide.
Travel was introduced to me at a very young age, and I quickly fell in love with experiencing new destinations, cultures and the memories that come with seeing the world. After graduating from the University of Houston, I spent a decade in business development and digital marketing, where I developed a deep passion for building genuine relationships and helping people make confident decisions.
In 2017, my love of travel and marketing collided, and I shifted my full focus to helping families, couples and groups plan unforgettable vacations.
Today, Traveling Ears Vacations specializes in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Sandals and Beaches Resorts, Caribbean and Mexico all-inclusive vacations, Hawaii, cruises, honeymoons and luxury family travel. My goal has always been to take the stress out of planning while creating vacations that feel personal, seamless and completely tailored to each client.
It is my ultimate goal to share my experiences and, in turn, inspire others to see this beautiful world we are so fortunate to live in.
I’m a native Texan and live in the Greater Houston area with my husband, our two children and our Portuguese Water Dog, Bear. When I’m not traveling, you can usually find me spending time outdoors, working out or sitting on the sidelines cheering on my kids’ sports teams.
I am a member of The Travel Institute, IATAN and CLIA and lead an award-winning travel agency recognized by some of the top travel brands in the industry. Traveling Ears Vacations is a Disney Earmarked Gold Agency, and my personal accolades include Chairman’s Royal Club Elite recognition with Sandals and Beaches Resorts and being named one of TravelPulse’s Top 40 Under 40 travel advisors.

As an Authorized Vacation Planner, we are highly educated and experienced in the multitude of destinations we plan for. We’ve earned a myriad of training certificates and travel diplomas, partake in continuing education courses throughout the year, and are constantly doing in-destination research to ensure we are up to date on each and every destination we curate itineraries for. Visiting these destinations multiple times per year, we are the experts so you don’t have to be!

Finally, each of our clients depart with a personalized itinerary in one hand, and a suitcase in the other, to ensure all of their travel plans are organized and easily accessible at all times.
