All Disney vacations planned for January 1, 2022 and on will require a $200 vacation design fee. This fee is required for any and all Disney Destinations, including: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney destinations. Do you only book travel to disney?

No! Though we specialize in Disney, we also book many, many vacations to the Caribbean Islands, Mexico and Hawaii. This amazing all-inclusive resort features a 45,000 square-foot waterpark, 19 specialty restaurants, a 12-mile beach lapped by clear turquoise waters, and 10 impressive pools. Payment Schedule

Cancellations are free of charge until April 11, 2025.

You are booking your reservation within a discounted group block we have arranged for Kaitie and Brad’s wedding guests. All reservations must be booked directly with our agency so that we can keep all reservations grouped together for incentive purposes for the bride and groom, and also to ensure all guests receive their group discount.

As the dedicated Travel Advisor for the group, please contact myself directly for all pricing and availability. Do not contact Beaches Resorts directly online or via phone to book your room. The resort will not be able to book you within the group we have pre-arranged.

Is transportation included?: Yes, roundtrip shared airport transfers are included. Private transfers are available at an additional cost.
Can I add flights?: It is recommended for airfare to be booked directly with the airline of your choice to provide you with the best cancel/change policies.
Which airport do I fly into? Providenciales International Airport (PLS)
How far is the resort from the airport: Approximately 15 minutes
Can I book a different room category and/or add nights? Yes, I am happy to provide individual quotes for any guests that would like to stay in a different room category and/or would like to add nights. Please request a custom quote here. Any/all rooms booked before April 12, 2025 will lock in the discounted group rate.
Can I book a room directly only? No, all guest rooms must be booked through our agency. Rooms may not be booked outside of Kaitie & Brad’s wedding group.
Can I stay at an offsite nearby resort? No, all wedding guests will need to stay at the host resort in order to attend the wedding festivities.
