Disney Vacation Design Fee
Traveling Ears Vacations is an experienced and knowledgeable Disney-focused travel agency. All Disney vacations planned by Traveling Ears Vacations are customized and tailored to each and every family—no two vacations are the same. A Disney vacation is no walk in the park and therefore requires extensive experience, knowledge, and detailed strategy.
Our vacation planning services extend far beyond simply booking your vacation. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every single vacation managed by our professional planning team is a seamless experience.
All Disney vacations may require a planning fee depending on the destination. The fee is $250 for Walt Disney World and $200 for Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line, and $300 for Hawaii/Aulani. Other Disney destinations do not have a standard planning fee.
We value our loyal and returning clients. Vacation design fee discounts may be offered for repeat clients, top referring clients, multiple room bookings, and/or large groups.

Scope of work:
Under this agreement, client authorizes Traveling Ears Vacations and its associates to extend full vacation planning management, including but not limited to:
- Personalized trip consultation, design, planning & execution
- My Disney Experience account assistance
- Discount monitoring
- Payment plans/payment processing
- Park reservations
- Dining reservations
- Lightning Lane reservations
- Lightning Lane guidance
- Park touring plans
- Fireworks dessert parties/cruises
- Stroller rentals
- Transportation
- Tours / Activities / Port Adventures
- VIP tours
- Special requests
- Hotel requests
- Deliveries
- Spa services
- Tee times
- Travel protection
- Reservation modifications
- Custom digital itinerary & personal travel app
- Reminders for each major planning step
- Before, during, and after travel care
- Monitoring of destination requirements as the travel climate evolves
Vacation Design Fee Does Not Include:
- Booking airfare
- Initial My Disney Experience account set up
Additional Service Fees:
- Rush planning: Additional fee may apply
- Ticket-only requests: Additional fee may apply
- Assistance with an existing reservation: Additional service fee may apply depending on the scope of support. Any applicable fee will be disclosed before services begin.
Terms & Conditions
Payment of Retainer: Payment is accepted via Stripe and is due after final quote is sent and selected by client. Payment of the planning fee is remitted in addition to the standard Disney deposit at time of booking.
The vacation design fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule your vacation, your design fee may be transferred to new travel dates one time. Any changes to travel dates following this initial modification may result in a $50 change fee. Pricing is subject to change at the discretion of the agency.
The Traveling Ears Vacations Design Fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Fee amounts, policies, terms, and conditions are subject to change without notice.
All planning services executed on behalf of client are subjective due to availability at time of booking and may change at any time. Traveling Ears Vacations is not responsible for cancellations of tours, activities, dining reservations, Lightning Lane reservations, or losses/additional expenses due to IT issues, delays, changes in air or ground travel, other services, sickness, weather, epidemics, quarantine, strikes, Mother Nature, or any other unforeseen circumstances.
Submission of the vacation planning fee authorizes consent for Traveling Ears Vacations to reserve and plan your vacation and confirms that you accept the terms and conditions outlined above.
