Your Disney Cruise is getting closer, and now is the perfect time to start thinking through Port Adventures, makeovers, royal experiences, nursery reservations, adult-exclusive dining, spa appointments, beverage tastings, and other onboard activities.
Use this page to review the process, understand what can be requested in advance, and submit your activity requests so Traveling Ears Vacations can prepare before your eligible Disney Cruise Line booking window opens.
Before You Begin
Disney Cruise Line activities vary by ship, itinerary, sailing date, port of call, guest age, and availability. Some experiences can be reserved in advance once your cruise is paid in full and your activity booking window opens. Other experiences are included with your cruise and do not require advance reservations.
Because many popular activities are limited, we ask that you complete this form at least 72 hours before your booking window opens. This gives our team time to review your requests, verify your information, and prepare to make selections as early as possible.
When Can Cruise Activities Be Booked?
Your activity booking window is based on your Castaway Club level or Concierge status, and your cruise must be paid in full before activities can be reserved. If you are unsure of your exact booking date, please reference your original confirmation email, check the Disney Cruise Line app, or contact Traveling Ears Vacations for help.

Booking windows are calculated based on days prior to your sail date. Availability, pricing, and offerings are controlled by Disney Cruise Line and may change at any time.
How This Process Works
Review Port Adventures, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, Pirates League, royal experiences, Virtual Sports Simulators, nursery options, adult-exclusive dining, spa services, beverage tastings, and other bookable experiences that may apply to your ship and sailing.
Please list the activities you would like to request. You do not need to list them in any specific order of priority. Traveling Ears Vacations will review your requests and attempt to book based on the best availability at the time your booking window opens.
Include desired dates, meal times, party size, guest names for each activity, age restrictions, port names, and any helpful notes. This is especially important for experiences where only certain guests will participate.
When your eligible window opens, we will attempt to reserve your requested activities based on current Disney Cruise Line availability. Availability cannot be guaranteed, and Traveling Ears Vacations is not responsible or liable if requested selections are unavailable, sold out, restricted, changed, or unable to be booked.
Activities You May Want to Reserve in Advance
The exact options available depend on your ship, sailing, port schedule, destination, guest ages, and Disney Cruise Line’s current offerings. Please use Disney Cruise Line’s website to filter by destination, ship, port of call, and activity type so you are reviewing the most accurate options for your specific sailing.
Port Adventures
Disney Cruise Line shore excursions include beach days, snorkeling, boating, city tours, cultural experiences, marine life encounters, and more.
Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique
Princess and knight-themed makeover packages are available on all sailings.
Pirates League
Pirate makeover packages are offered on most itineraries, often in connection with Pirate Night or themed sailing experiences.
Royal Court Royal Tea
This royal tea experience may include themed treats, gifts, and visits from Disney royalty, depending on ship and sailing. Available on Disney Magic, Disney Wonder, Disney Dream, and Disney Fantasy.
Adventure Tea with Royalty
Adventure Tea with Royalty is a ship-specific and sailing-specific royal experience that may be available on select itineraries. Available on Disney Treasure and Disney Destiny.
Olaf’s Royal Picnic
Olaf’s Royal Picnic is offered on select sailings and ships, including select Disney Wish sailings, and may be limited.
Royal Princess Gathering
This popular princess meet-and-greet requires advance booking when offered and is an activity we automatically strive to book for all families.
Virtual Sports Simulators
Select ships offer sports deck activities, including virtual sports simulators or recreation experiences that may be reserved in advance when available.
“it’s a small world” Nursery!
Nursery care is available for younger children ages 6 months to 3 years and should be reserved as early as possible as space is limited.
Adult Exclusive Dining
Adults-only brunch and/or dinner experiences include fine dining at Palo, Remy and Enchanté.
Senses Spa & Salon
Spa and salon options may include massages, facials, body treatments, salon services, and fitness classes.
Beverage Tastings
Beverage tastings may include beer, wine, champagne, margarita, martini, bourbon, whiskey, rum, gin, mixology, Old Fashioned seminars, and more.
Activities That Do Not Require Advance Booking
Many of the best parts of a Disney Cruise are included with your cruise fare and do not require Traveling Ears Vacations to reserve a specific time before sailing.
- Traditional Dining Room Dinners: Rotational dining is assigned once you are onboard.
- Evening Shows: Broadway-style entertainment and evening productions are generally included.
- Movies: Movie screenings onboard are included.
- Fireworks at Sea: Offered on select sailings, weather and itinerary permitting.
- Kids Clubs: Youth club programming is generally available onboard for eligible ages and does not require a specific advance activity reservation. Nursery care is different and should be reserved in advance when needed.

Submit Your Disney Cruise Line Activity Requests
Please complete the form below with your Disney Cruise Line login information and the activities you would like us to attempt to book. For each request, include the desired date, preferred time, party size, and who will be participating in each activity so we can book it correctly.
There will be a notes section in the form where you can provide participant names, ages, backup options, special timing requests, and any details that may help us make the best available selections for your sailing.
Examples: Palo brunch for 2 adults on sea day, Royal Court Royal Tea for 1 child and 1 adult, nursery reservation during Palo dinner, beach Port Adventure in Cozumel for 4 guests, or mixology class for 2 adults.
Disney Cruise Line activities are available on a first-come, first-served basis and availability is not guaranteed. Traveling Ears Vacations is not responsible or liable if requested activities, Port Adventures, dining reservations, spa services, character experiences, nursery reservations, beverage tastings, makeover appointments, or other onboard activities are unavailable, sold out, restricted, changed, cancelled, or unable to be booked at the time your booking window opens.
Traveling Ears Vacations is not responsible for inaccurate Disney Cruise Line login information, incorrect sailing details, missing guest information, unpaid balances, technical issues with the Disney Cruise Line website or Navigator app, or changes made to your Disney Cruise Line login before or during the booking process.
By submitting this form, you authorize Traveling Ears Vacations to use the information provided to attempt to reserve your requested Disney Cruise Line activities on your behalf. You also acknowledge that Disney Cruise Line controls availability, pricing, eligibility, booking windows, cancellation rules, and final reservation confirmation.
