• Is transportation included?: Yes, roundtrip shared airport transfers are included. Private transfers are available at an additional cost.
• Can I add flights?: Yes, airfare can be added to your reservation or can be booked independently.
• Which airport do I fly into? Montego Bay – Sangster International Airport (MBJ)
• How far is the resort from the airport: Approximately 90 minutes
• Can I cancel my reservation? 101 days or more prior to the arrival date, there will be no fee for any cancellation. Any cancellation between 100-75 days prior to the group’s arrival date; the 10% deposit becomes nonrefundable. Any cancellation between 74-46 days prior to the arrival date, 45% of full room revenue is non-refundable. Within 45 days prior to group’s arrival, 100% of full room revenue is non-refundable; includes no-show rooms.
• Can I book a different room category and/or add nights? Yes, I can provide individual quotes for any guests that would like to stay in a different room category and/or would like to add nights.
• Can I book a room directly only? No, all guest rooms must be booked within the room block.
