Before you arrive, it is very important to become familiar with Lightning Lanes, the system inside the My Disney Experience app that allows you to reserve return times for some of Walt Disney World’s most sought-after attractions and avoid long wait times.
In a nutshell, Lightning Lanes are virtual ride reservations that may be purchased in advance for each day of your park visit. As part of your concierge planning service, Traveling Ears Vacations can attempt to purchase and book your first Lightning Lane selections for you when your booking window opens.
There Are Three Main Lightning Lane Options
You will use the form below to tell us which option you would like for each park day. If you choose Premier Pass for a day, you do not need to choose Single Pass or Multi Pass for that same day.
Premier Pass
The most convenient option. Premier Pass allows one-time access to all participating Single Pass and Multi Pass attractions in one park for one day without selecting arrival times.
Single Pass
Single Pass allows you to purchase access to one or two major headliner attractions with a specific arrival window. Pricing varies by date, attraction, and park.
Multi Pass
Multi Pass allows you to select up to three attractions in advance, then continue making additional selections one at a time throughout the day after redeeming your passes.
Premier Pass Pricing
Premier Pass pricing is per person, per day, and varies by date and park. If you select Premier Pass, you do not need to purchase Single Pass or Multi Pass for that park day.
Pricing is subject to change and does not include tax.
When Can Lightning Lanes Be Booked?
- Disney Resort Guests: Lightning Lanes can be booked 7 days prior to arrival.
- Non-Resort Guests: Lightning Lanes can be booked 3 days prior to arrival.
- Traveling Ears Clients: Please submit this form at least 10 days prior to arrival so our team has time to review your requests.
- Booking Window: Our team will attempt to secure your selections as quickly as possible once your booking window opens.
How This Process Works
What Happens After You Submit?
- Your completed request will be emailed directly to Traveling Ears Vacations.
- Our team will review your Premier Pass, Single Pass, and Multi Pass requests by park day.
- We will attempt to secure your selections once your eligible booking window opens.
- You will receive a detailed itinerary prior to your check-in date with dining reservations, Lightning Lane selections, park touring recommendations, and suggested next selections.
- Your itinerary is typically emailed 3-7 days prior to arrival.

If you are completely unsure which experiences you would like to book, or you do not want to worry about booking anything during your vacation, Premier Pass may be the better option for your family.
We are happy to help you think through the options so you feel confident in your plan and understand which Lightning Lanes may be most valuable for your vacation.
Important: While Traveling Ears Vacations has several specific techniques to help secure sought-after experiences, Lightning Lane passes, attraction availability, return times, and pricing are controlled by Disney and cannot be guaranteed. If your first-choice selections are not available, alternate selections are very helpful.

Once submitted, Traveling Ears Vacations will review your requests and prepare for your
eligible Lightning Lane booking window.
By submitting this form, you authorize Traveling Ears Vacations to review your requests and, if requested, attempt to purchase Premier Passes, Single Passes, Multi Passes, and make initial Lightning Lane selections on your behalf using the information provided.
Lightning Lane availability, attraction eligibility, pricing, return times, and Disney policies are determined solely by Disney and may change at any time without notice. Lightning Lane reservations and attraction availability can never be guaranteed.
Requests should be submitted no later than 10 days prior to arrival.
