All vacations planned by Traveling Ears Vacations are customized and tailored to each and every family and no two vacations are the same. Most Caribbean destinations are planned at no additional cost.* Disney vacations are no walk in the park and therefore, require extensive experience, knowledge and detailed strategy. Our vacation planning services extend far beyond simply booking your vacation. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every single vacation managed by our professional planning team is a seamless experience. All Disney vacations planned for January 1, 2022 and on will require a $200 vacation design fee. This fee is required for any and all Disney Destinations, including: Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani and Adventures by Disney destinations. We value our loyal and return customers. Vacation design fee discounts may be offered for repeat clients, top referring clients, multiple room bookings, and/or large groups. We pride ourselves on planning luxury Disney vacations. Your investment allows our team the ability to spend extra time in planning all of the details your vacation, big and small, while also providing superior customer service and care for our clients. A La Carte Planning Fees: Travel booked within 30 days of departure: Vacation Design Fee + $100 rush planning fee Theme park ticket only purchases: Vacation Design Fee + $100 ticket only purchase fee Pre-Existing vacation assistance: Daily planning fee at discretion of agency (*To be determined by agency on an individual basis.)

Do you only book travel to disney?

No! Though we specialize in Disney, we also book many, many vacations to the Caribbean Islands, Mexico and Hawaii. We work with preferred partners and hoteliers in the travel industry and have the capabilities to book travel anywhere in the world. Pick a place on the map – we’d love to help get you there!

Do you have any special offers?

Saving our clients money is one of our favorite aspects of helping you plan your vacation. Special offers and promotions vary by destination, resort and time of year. Many times, we do have special offers we receive that we can pass onto you. We also proactively search for special rates so that we can pass those onto our clients even after travel is booked (if the reservation qualifies). HOW IT WORKS:

Your wedding is single-handedly one of the most important days of your life. We dedicate our wedding planning services to a select number of brides/grooms each year so that we can devote our undivided attention to our destination wedding couples. The below services are available for full destination weddings, as well as vow renewals.

Here’s how planning a destination wedding with us works:

WEDDING CONSULTATION

The first step in planning your destination wedding is to schedule a complimentary consultation. During your consultation, we will discuss your vision, assist in determining your wedding and travel needs, for both you and your guests, and provide you with insight to help you narrow down the perfect destination and resort.

CHOOSING THE PERFECT LOCATION

Once we discuss your special day, I will send recommended destinations and resorts that are customized to your wedding. From there, I work as a liason with the resort to arrange your wedding date and ceremony location, as well as arrange any group blocks or contracts.

DESTINATION WEDDING PLANNING SERVICES

Once your wedding date, destination and resort are secured, we will work with you to connect with your onsite wedding planner, arrange all wedding planning calls with your wedding coordinator, and design a personalized website to invite your friends and family to your wedding. During this process, we will assist you and your guests in securing their travel and accommodations. This ensures that you focus on your wedding details, while we focus on the logistics of getting your loved ones to your special day.

HONEYMOON PLANNING

We save the best for last! Once the wedding planning is done and over with, it's time for you to enjoy a relaxing, stress-free honeymoon. We offer honeymoon planning to some of the most exotic, bucket-list destinations in the Caribbean, Mexico and Hawaii!
