As they focus on planning their special day, I will be your dedicated point of contact for all travel arrangements, from booking your stay to coordinating your arrival and departure, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.

Rachael and Ethan have chosen Sandals Royal Bahamian, an adults-only, all-inclusive resort, as the setting for their destination wedding.

A block of rooms has been reserved for guests from February 25–28, 2027, offering exclusive group pricing and secured availability (custom dates available upon request).

Set along the crystal-clear waters of Nassau, the resort features exceptional dining, multiple pools, white-sand beaches, and a private offshore island—creating the perfect blend of luxury and island escape.

INCLUSIONS: Gourmet meals, premium drinks, roundtrip airport transfers, all tips, tax and gratuities, unlimited land and water sports, daily housekeeping, WiFi, day & night entertainment, private island access.

Sandals Royal Bahamian does not offer double beds, sleeper sofas, or rollaways.

PAYMENT SCHEDULE:

  • Deposit Due: 10% due at time of booking
  • Final Payment: Due November 17, 2026

  • Pricing is per room (not per person) based on 2 adults sharing 1 king bed
  • This is an adults-only resort
  • Rooms cannot accommodate more than 2 guests

HOW TO BOOK YOUR ROOM: Booking your stay is simple and handled personally to ensure you receive the correct room, group rate, and full access to all wedding events.

  1. Request Your Quote: Submit a quick request with your preferred travel dates, number of guests, and room preferences.
  2. Receive Your Custom Proposal: I will send you a personalized quote with available room options, discounted group pricing and a secure link to submit your deposit.
  3. Approve & Submit Deposit: Once you’re ready to move forward, you’ll approve your selected room and submit your deposit using the secure link provided
  4. Reservation Confirmed: Once payment is received, I will finalize your booking and send your official confirmation.
  5. Once Booked: I will assist with payment reminders, travel details, transportation and excursions, any special requests.

PAYMENTS:

  • 10% of your room total is the deposit due at time of booking.
  • Final payments are auto-charged on November 17, 2026
  • If you would like to use a different payment method, please let us know before this final payment date. 
  • Cancellations are free of charge until November 15, 2026.
  • Payments can be made with credit/debit card. (No checks, cash, PayPal, Venmo or Zelle.)

You are booking your reservation within a discounted group block we have arranged for Rachael Puckett & Ethan Lakis’ wedding at Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island.

To ensure all guests are properly included in wedding events, coordinated seamlessly, and receive the exclusive group benefits and pricing, all reservations must be booked directly through our agency.

As the dedicated Travel Advisor for this group, I will personally assist you with all pricing, availability, and arrangements. Please refrain from booking online or contacting Sandals directly, as they will not have access to or be able to apply our secured group rates.

FAQs:

  • Is transportation included? Yes, roundtrip airport transfers are included for all guests staying at Sandals Royal Bahamian. Private transfers can be arranged for an additional cost.

  • Can I add flights? Airfare is not included. We recommend booking flights directly with your preferred airline for the most flexible cancellation and change policies.

  • Which airport do I fly into? Lynden Pindling International Airport (NAS) in Nassau, Bahamas.
  • How far is the resort from the airport?  Approximately 15-20 minutes. Transportation is included.
  • Can I book a different room category and/or add nights? Yes. I am happy to provide custom quotes for different room categories or extended stays. All rooms booked by the group deadline will receive the contracted group rate.
  • Can I book a room directly on my own? You are booking your reservation within a discounted group block we have arranged for Rachael Puckett & Ethan Lakis’ wedding at Sandals Royal Bahamian Spa Resort & Offshore Island. This group block comes with specific requirements tied to the couple’s contract. In order to maintain the group benefits, pricing, and overall wedding arrangements, all guest reservations must be booked directly through our agency and the dedicated group arranged for the wedding. Reservations made outside of the group may not be included in wedding events and, more importantly, can impact the couple’s contracted room requirements—potentially resulting in penalties or the loss of group benefits for the bride and groom. As the dedicated Travel Advisor for this group, I will personally assist you with all pricing, availability, and arrangements to ensure everything is handled correctly and seamlessly. To comply with the couple’s contractual obligations, all reservations must be booked through our agency without exception.
  • Can I stay at a different resort nearby? To fully participate in all wedding events and celebrations, guests are expected to stay at Sandals Royal Bahamian, the host resort. Due to resort policies and the couple’s contracted group requirements, offsite accommodations are extremely limited and must be approved in advance by the weddings department. Unapproved offsite guests may not be permitted access to the resort or wedding events.

I will serve as your dedicated point of contact from start to finish, overseeing every detail of your reservation, transportation, excursions, and any special requests. My goal is to ensure a seamless, elevated experience as we celebrate Rachael and Ethan.
