Hi there – I’m Stephanie!
I am the founder and lead Travel Advisor for Traveling Ears Vacations.
Being introduced to travel at a very young age, I quickly fell in love with experiencing the many different cultures and destinations. After graduating from the University of Houston, I spent a decade in business development and digital marketing, where I grew a deep passion for building genuine relationships with others. In 2017, my passion for travel and marketing collided and I pivoted my sole focus to promoting these beautiful destinations and helping others travel to them.
It is my ultimate goal to share my experiences, and in turn, inspire others to see this beautiful world we are so fortunate to live in!
Stephanie is a native Texan, living in Richmond, Texas with her husband, their two children & their Portugese Water Dog, Bear. When she is not traveling, you can usually find her spending time outdoors, working out or sitting on the sidelines cheering on her kids’ sports teams!
Stephanie is a member of The Travel Institute, IATAN, CLIA and Disney Travel Agents. Stephanie manages an award-winning agency, and has won numerous awards with some of the top travel partners in the world. When she’s not busy helping our clients plan their dream getaways, Britney enjoys spending time with her son, Weston, her dogs, Bingo and Berkley, as well as her lifelong group of girlfriends. Britney loves working out, serving as the elementary school PTA president and also volunteers at several local organizations.
Among the many destinations she’s explored, Britney’s heart belongs to the Bahamas. The allure of its pristine beaches, vibrant waters, and eclectic marine life captivates her soul like no other place on Earth.

As an Authorized Vacation Planner, we are highly educated and experienced in the multitude of destinations we plan for. We’ve earned a myriad of training certificates and travel diplomas, partake in continuing education courses throughout the year, and are constantly doing in-destination research to ensure we are up to date on each and every destination we curate itineraries for. Visiting these destinations multiple times per year, we are the experts so you don’t have to be!
